We provide detailed Bill of quantities and price as per the current market rate. Such as Excavations, Reinforcement concrete, Dry lining, Brick works, external and internal finishes. We provide sub contractors with payments and variations for clients and self employees.

We provide detailed BOQ for Piles, Foundations, Columns, Beams, and Slabs est. Furthermore, we do a detailed schedule of Bars for all type of concrete elements.

Dry-lining

We provide detailed BOQ and price the projects such as- Partitions, MF ceiling, Suspension ceiling, and decorative walls and ceiling est. We provide subcontractors by prepare their interim and final account for client and self employees.

Interior and exterior finishes

We provide detailed Bill of quantities for- Flooring, Plastering, Painting, MDF decorative works, insulation, exterior walls, cladding and glass wall system, all type of roofing system.

MEP

We provide detailed BOQ for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) – Fire fighting system, Conveying system, Pluming and drainage system, heating and ventilation system, building management system and electrical works
